Payment and cancellation policy

A 20% deposit is required to join us on your creative journey.     

The balance is required 60 days prior to the start date. Cancellations from booking date to 60 days prior to start day, will incur a $500 cancellation fee.

Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start date will not be refunded, unless we are able to rebook your spot, whereby a $500 cancellation fee will apply.

Travel insurance is strongly advised. Please protect yourself from unexpected situations that may result in the need for you to cancel at short notice.

East Coast Tasmania

Tues 26-Jan-2027          Day 1 – Hobart (Night 1/2) (D)
Arrive in Hobart by 2pm to enjoy a guided afternoon city and historical battery point walk. In the evening, a warm welcome dinner for all guests, showcasing outstanding Tasmanian produce.

Wed 27-Jan-2027          Day 2 – Hobart & surrounds (B-PL-D)
Our first full day begins with the 30 min drive to Mt Wellington (Kunanyi) to enjoy the sweeping views over Hobart and the Derwent River, as the sun rises. We’ll return for breakfast, then we’ll be joining the 2.5hr Iron Pot Cruise with Pennicott Wilderness Journeys, to explore the renowned waterways, visit Australia’s oldest lighthouse, and discover Hobart’s rich maritime history. Following lunch, we’ll delight in a private whisky and chocolate tasting. We’ll then make our way back to Hobart, for a beautifully crafted meal shared with new friends.

Throughout the journey, meals are thoughtfully chosen to reflect local producers, seasonal ingredients, and places worth lingering.

Thurs 28-Jan-2027          Day 3 – Bruny Island (Night 1/3) (B-L)

Those wishing to take on the Hartz Mountain hike will depart early. If an early start isn’t for you, you’re invited to enjoy a restful, unhurried morning instead. 

For keen hikers, a 5.30am departure will get us to the challenging Hartz Peak walk (7.4km; 3-4 Hour; Grade 4; 400m elevation) by around 7am. A packed breakfast will be provided. On return, we’ll rejoin the group at the Tahune Air Walk, to enjoy a gentle canopy walk among the forest giants. From here, we make our way to The Lost Captain, for a late lunch, followed by Willie Smith’s famous Apple Pie for dessert (optional cider tasting) at the Apple Shed just up the road, before travelling to Bruny Island. We’ll stop at The Neck lookout to stretch our legs and take in the late-afternoon sky before settling into our cabin style accommodation.

Fri 29-Jan-2027          Day 4 – Bruny Island (Night 2/3) (L-D)
Today is a day of slow-paced food and nature experiences. We begin by sampling Bruny Island’s celebrated produce, first collecting fresh bread from the Bruny Baker to enjoy later. Afterwards, we’ll head to the beach where Matt will demonstrate his freediving skills, catching crayfish that we’ll cook and enjoy right on the sand with our fresh Bruny bread and homemade salads. The afternoon includes wildlife spotting, easy coastal walks, and scenic lookouts. Optional evening visit to see the little penguins after dinner.

Sat 30-Jan-2027          Day 5 – Bruny Island (Night 3/3) (B-PL-D)
Early risers may choose to hike the challenging Fluted Cape walk (5.5km, 2-3 Hour; Grade 4) at Adventure Bay. At 11am, we’ll embark on the Pennicott 3-hour Wilderness Cruise. After lunch, we’ll visit Bruny Island Lighthouse for a guided tour and history talk, followed by a stop at an oyster farm to shuck some oysters, and the mushroom farm to select some fresh exotic mushrooms, both to be enjoyed with our BBQ dinner at the nearly 100 Acres Hideaway, where you can also take a leisurely stroll in nature, or meet Kimmy the Koo and the other farm animals, while dinner is being prepared.

Sun 31-Jan-2027          Day 6 – Port Arthur (1/3) (B-L-D)
Our journey continues to Port Arthur, with scenic stops at the Tessellated Pavement, Eaglehawk Neck, The Blowhole, Tasman Arch, and Devil’s Kitchen. We’ll stop at the lavender farm for lunch, then we’ll make our way to Devil Unzoo, where we’ll be on the lookout for the Tassie devils, wallabies, kangaroos, pademelons, echidnas, bandicoots, wombats and the elusive antechinus. From here we’ll make our way to the beautiful Stewarts Bay Lodge, our peaceful base for the next 3 nights.

Mon 01-Feb-2027          Day 7 – Port Arthur (Night 2/3) (B-PL-D)
Today, we’ll take to the water, with options to snorkel, or scuba dive (if licensed) with the fur seals and weedy sea-dragons. You may prefer to head out on a full day kayaking adventure, to explore the towering sea cliffs, unique formations, hidden caves, and where you’ll likely cross paths with the playful and curious fur seals. If you choose the diving/snorkelling option, you’ll have time to do an afternoon hike after lunch, if you’re ready for more adventure, but you may also choose to enjoy a relaxed afternoon in, if that’s more to your liking.

Tues 02-Feb-2027          Day 8 – Port Arthur (Night 3/3) (B-PL-D)
After a day in the water, we’re ready to enjoy Tasman Peninsula’s dramatic scenery with a hike at either Cape Raoul (14kms, and more challenging track), or Cape Hauy (9kms, better maintained track, option to swim at Fortescue Bay), depending on your preference. We’ll return to Port Arthur for lunch and then take the scenic leisurely walk to the Port Arthur Historical site, which you can explore in your own time and at your own pace.

Wed 03-Feb-2027          Day 9 – Bicheno (Night 1/3) (B-PL-D)
We say goodbye to the rugged Tasman Peninsula and head toward Bicheno, stopping at Triabunna for the ferry ride to the carefree wilderness of Maria Island, with its dramatic landscapes and painted cliffs. Optional cycling on the island and encounters with wallabies and wombats. On our return from Maria Island our journey continues to the charming seaside town of Bicheno. Tonight, we’ll dine at the exceptional French Restaurant, Le Coq.

Thurs 04-Feb-2027          Day 10 – Bicheno (Night 2/3) (B-L-D)
This morning we’ll be exploring Freycinet National Park, where we’ll be walking the iconic Wineglass Bay track. You may choose to do the 3km return walk to the lookout; the 6km return walk to the beach (with an optional swim) or complete the 11km full loop with a beach swim along the way. As we’ve surely worked up an appetite, whichever option you take, we’ll then head to Devils Corner winery to enjoy a well-deserved lunch, and a refreshing glass of vino. After lunch, we’ll head to Freycinet Vineyard to partake in a Tassie wine tasting, before meandering back to Bicheno.

Fri 05-Feb-2027          Day 11 – Bicheno (Night 3/3) (B-L-D)
Today we journey north, travelling through St Helens and Binalong Bay before arriving to explore the breath-taking Bay of Fires — one of Tasmania’s most iconic stretches of coastline, famous for its brilliant orange lichen-covered rocks, white sand and turquoise water. 

We’ll then return to Bicheno for lunch at the Lobster Shack. After lunch, we’ll stretch our legs with a walk to the Bicheno Blowhole and Whaler’s Lookout for sweeping coastal views.

Guests who have booked the optional scenic flight will be transferred for an unforgettable aerial view over the spectacular Wineglass Bay, while the rest of the group can relax and enjoy a wine tasting at the Farm Shed East Coast Wine Centre.

This evening, after dinner, we’ll finish the day with a special visit to the local Penguin Colony.

Sat 06-Feb-2027        Day 12 – Launceston (Night 1/1) (B-D)
Our next stop is Launceston, where we’ll arrive mid-morning, so we have plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere of the Wine and Food Festival held in Launceston’s iconic City Park.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll check in to our comfortable accommodation. If you feeling like a little extra exploring, then join us for an optional late afternoon walk to the beautiful Cataract Gorge before our final dinner together, for those leaving us Sunday morning. Tonight we will be joined by our arriving North/West Coast ladies, and a special night awaits. Transfer to airport after breakfast.

Northern & Western Tasmania

Sat 06-Feb-2027 Day 1 (for new arrivals). (Night 1/3) (D)

Arrive by 2pm to settle in before we head to the beautiful Cataract Gorge, for a late afternoon walk, before our welcome dinner. Tonight we will also be joined by our departing East Coast ladies … and a special night awaits!

Sun 07-Feb-2027          Day 13 –Launceston (Night 2/3) (B-L-D)
There is an optional visit to the small historic town of Perth this morning, followed by an exploration of the Tamar Valley. We’ll then head to our private winery experience with a celebrated European winemaker.

Mon 08-Feb-2027          Day 14 – Launceston (Night 3/3) (B-L-D)
We’ll start our day with a Truffle Hunt in Deloraine, followed by a truffle pizza for lunch. The afternoon unfolds with a visit to the stunning Mole Creek glow worms and caves. Close by is the Springfield Deer Farm, where we’ll make a stop, so that we can purchase ample venison to create a mouth-watering venison feast. From here we make our way to the Empire Hotel in Deloraine to enjoy a hearty meal, followed by the famous Platypus viewing on the river, at dusk.

Tues 09-Feb-2027         Day 15 – Stanley (Night 1/2) (B-L-D)
This morning we’ll be travelling west to the magnificent Burnie Flower Farm, for a private flower farm experience, before making our way to Stanley. After settling in you’ll have a free afternoon, where can take a leisurely walk around town and then head to the iconic Nut, to experience the panoramic views over Bass Strait, or just simply relax in. The walk up to the Nut takes 10-20 mins, or there is a chair lift, if preferred.

Wed 10-Feb-2027          Day 16 – Stanley (2/2) (B-PL-D)
Today we’ll travel the scenic loop through the ancient Tarkine Rainforest, stopping along the way to take in the wild, spectacular and diverse scenery. The Tarkine is Australia’s largest cool-temperature rainforest, a vast ancient wilderness, with rugged coastlines, wild rivers, unique wildlife, cultural heritage and biodiversity.

Thurs 11-Feb-2027      Day 17 – Cradle Mountain (Night 1/2) (B-PL-D)
Our journey continues inland, toward the magical and iconic alpine landscapes of Cradle Mountain, in Lake St Clair National Park. We’ll take a leisurely walk in nature, allowing us to simply take in the awe-inspiring scenery, and wet our appetite, for what’s to come, before we continue to our cosy cabin accommodation.

Fri 12-Feb-2027          Day 18 – Cradle Mountain (Night 2/2) (B-PL-D)
Today we have a full day to be immersed in the beauty of Dove Lake and its surrounding walking tracks. We’ll divide into smaller groups, allowing everyone to explore at a pace that feels comfortable and rewarding.

Sat 13-Feb-2027          Day 19 – Strahan (Night 1/2) (B-L-D)                                      
Our next stop is Strahan, but first we’ll visit the West Coast Heritage Centre in Zeehan, where we’ll learn about some of the original pioneers the made the West Coast home. After checking into your accommodation, you can enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring this charming harbour town.

Sun 14-Feb-2027          Day 20 – Strahan (Night 2/2) (B-L-D)
Today we’ll experience one of Tasmania’s most unforgettable days on the spectacular Gordon River, where we’ll truly appreciate the very special Premium Upper Deck experience, aboard “Spirit of the Wild” … as we glide across the mirror-still waters of Macquarie Harbour before travelling deep into the World Heritage-listed wilderness of the Gordon River. Along the way, soak up breath-taking rainforest scenery, learn about the region’s fascinating history, and enjoy peaceful walks through ancient, moss-draped forest — a truly soul-stirring way to connect with Tasmania’s wild west coast.

Mon 15-Feb-2027          Day 21 – Sorell (Night 1/3) (B-PL-D)
An early start this morning will give us ample time to enjoy the incredible scenery at Lake St Clair, Tasmania’s deepest lake. After lunch we’ll journey on to Iron Creek Bay Estate in Sorell, our final destination on this incredible 22-night escape.

Tues 16-Feb-2027         Day 22 – Sorell (Night 2/3) (B-L-D)
Today we’ll visit the historic town of Richmond, home to the oldest functioning bridge in Australia, built out of Sandstone by convicts in the 1800’s. Then we’ll take time to enjoy some local produce and special wineries. 

Wed 17-Feb-2027            Day 23 – Sorell (Night 3/3) (B-L-D)

Today we’ll head to Hobart to explore this quaint little city in depth.

In the evening, we’ll gather for a memorable farewell dinner — a time to reflect, celebrate, and mark the friendships and shared experiences formed over our remarkable nights in Tasmania.

Thurs 18-Feb-2027         Day 24 – Departure Day (B) 

After breakfast, we’ll drop you off at your accommodation in Hobart City (if staying longer) or Hobart Airport (for your departing flight). Please book flights to depart from 12 noon onwards.
