That is exactly why we created Once Were Wild . We have designed every detail of our tours to take the guesswork and pressure out of travel, ensuring you feel completely supported, comfortable, and excited from the moment you book. Small groups, zero pressure We intentionally limit our group size to 10 or less. With a group this size, you never have to worry about getting lost in a crowd or feeling overwhelmed. You don't need to book with a partner to feel completely at home here. While some women may join us with a friend, many arrive solo, meaning everyone is excited to meet their travel buddies and no one is ever the odd one out. Conversations happen naturally, rather than feeling forced. You will always have a great group to sit with at dinner, and there is always someone happy to hang back with you if you prefer to walk slowly and take photos. Safe, well-paced travel for women in their fifties and beyond Women who choose to travel with us, are well past the backpacker stage of life. What they want is genuinely safe group travel that still moves at a pace that suits them: shorter driving blocks, comfortable accommodation, and a host who has done the trip before and knows where the good coffee and the clean bathrooms are. Age is never a barrier here. If anything, our groups skew toward women who have finally got the time to do the trip they have been putting off for years.
